Andrea Norgard has practiced criminal defense since 1987, She worked for seventeen years as an appellate public defender representing over 2,500 clients on direct appeal in the Second District Court of Appeal and Florida Supreme Court. Since 2004, she has been in private practice with Robert Norgard and has expanded her practices to include direct appeals in all Florida District Courts, Middle and Southern Federal Districts, Post-Conviction Litigation in Capital and Non-Capital cases throughout Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
